Site can't find characters with char history

Post by Isaura »

I noticed yesterday that when I want to search for characters on my server I can't find them at all
Typing the char name in the search box gives results, but a lot of characters on my server aren't there.
Even my own characters are missing most of the time
I'm on the server EU-arathor.
One of my chars is Ivanna. With the search it gives a lot of Ivanna's but none on EU-Arathor. Same with i.e. Mascot a char who is in my new guild
So I was wondering what is going wrong
I update every night from my server, so they should be there
If I search for my new guild, it is found and the chars, mentioned above, are seen in that guild.

If the search doesn't find the character then you can easily use the above format to find the person you are looking for provided that you know how to fully spell their name including all accents.

EU servers need to have the EU- infront, while US realms do not need to have that.

The above format also works for guilds such as:

I think not finding a char with char history has something to do with the level.
I can't find any char that is above level 70. That is not ok I assume.
So I mention it here again, cause I had the idea that one thinks it has been solved.
Typing the url is handy indeed, but I don't think it is solved with that :)
