horde pvp servers

Hey, im looking primarily pvp and i am curious as to which sever for the horde faction is the "best" for pvp.
In other words, what server has the most pvp action going on, such as premades/arenas/wpvp.
Plz let it be a us realm
I was thinking about cho' gall, i havent been able to find a beter canidate yet.
