Hey Rollie! Nice to see you still going strong!
To my point now:
As it seems that census has become more of a numbers sport nowdays and that is the key focus of the uploading. I have a few ideas to take care of those low pop / most wanted servers. How bout people who upload data from these low pop servers / most wanted get a bonus to the amount of numbers they upload. I understand that the number hunters are going for the big servers as that juices up the numbers greatly, but if you would add so that you perhaps get x10 of the numbers when uploading from a low / most wanted server we could get the problem of many servers not being scanned? I think that would then make them more appealing for many of the regular scanners compared to how it is now that the big servers get updated daily whilst many servers are untouched for over a month.
Just a thought when I am browsing through the servers as I have started working on the most wanted list now.
Cheers
Kerebo

Oddly enough going for the low count census run servers is what is getting me the 10k plus numbers.
I run once a day census on as many servers as I can in my list each day.
Once both factions get to a certain number in the most wanted list, I delete the characters and find the lowest count server on the list (Alliance+Horde) to add to the mix and off we go.
I have to admit how surprised I am to find so many HIGH/FULL/LOCKED servers that just haven't been grabbed by other census takers.
The combination of Low -> Full realm pops has allowed me hit the 50 realm-faction limit for a single account each fairly long day.. but then I'm only doing census and not really playing the game. In fact I'm normally doing 2 or 3 other things on the notebook while WoW runs in the background

Yep, low-censused servers get me my numbers as well; I get probably a fair chunk from my own realm that I mainly play on, but visiting other realms is what's got me so many new ones in particular. I think all of the people with big numbers mainly hit low-censused realms in the most wanted list - it's very profitable if you dedicate enough time to it (I don't, due to too many competing interests, but I'm still consistently 4th on the monthly lists).
