Does anyone know the exact dates these realms went online?

Closest I have been able to find is early December 2011
[Edit: never mind.. I found the forum message here that had the exact date.. which oddly enough was what I had guessed them to be.]

I've fixed the database for the few realms that didn't have a valid start data and just had 0000-00-00. If you look at a realm census onsite and it still shows that bad date.. use the Reset button to clear the browser cache of old data.
