I play on Aggramar-EU and it's connected with Hellscream-EU , the last few days i had already seen that the amount of characters being updated on the website went down but tonight i saw why : C+ is only scanning the connected realm , not Aggramar .
Does anyone else have this with realms that are connected ?
I will log another char tomorrow that's also on connected realms , see if i get the same result there .
C+ only scanning connected realm
I took census of both factions and C+ saw both realms. I was logged in to Aggramar. I will keep an eye open for what you saw.

If you are only seeing results from Hellscream, you may have selected the Hellscream realm at the top of the Censusplus window - click it again to deselect it and you'll again see results from both realms. (Or by this time, you'll be logging in again fresh anyway, a relog will also reset it to show both).
I have characters on Aggramar myself and like Padanfain, found it's definitely censusing both realms. If anything, it's finding more Aggramar characters than Hellscream ones: Horde: Aggramar 234, Hellscream 110, Alliance: Aggramar 299, Hellscream 270.
It does appear to have some slight addition issues regarding the totals though, since 234+110 != 469 and 299+270 != 710, I'll do some more testing on that one and see if I can figure out a pattern.

Balgair is comparing apples to oranges.
The various totals shown are based upon different criteria.
The totals at the top are the totals found currently in your CensusPlus database for the selection criteria you set..
everything, specific realm, subsets of Class/Race/Level etc. Past and Current..
whatever you have in your local database.
The totals you see at the end of a census run are exactly that... the totals seen during the census run.. new characters and all characters.
The totals in the character windows are based upon Guild selection or non-selection.
do note that UnGuilded players are a problem since they by definition can't fit the Guild-Realm criteria that drives that data.
UnGuilded are floating and missing... you can determine a count by comparing Top pane counts vs Character window counts.
You can find unguilded characters by selecting a realm but not a guild and scanning the character list.. the unguilded stand out since they have missing data.
