Multiple updates on a single toon on same day

It seems we have an issue, where a toon changes 2 (or more) times the same day. I.e. Levelling or change guild.

Seemingly, only the first change is accepted by the site. No new update (from a new file) is accepted, until it's the next day..

As an example, my main, Raluf, is displayed as 91, even though I have submitted more than one file where he's 92..

Especially here at Expansion Launch, that presents a huge problem with data consistancy...

We've had this issue before, but I thought it was solved a long time ago?
