Battleground pages removed and 404 code

Metalbeast finished the backend removal of the old battleground pages.
Since the KillingGrounds code stopped being updated long ago and the PVP scene has moved on it made no sense to keep this data.

If you happen to find links on the site that lead to browser return codes of 404 please post a reply here.

If you can please indicate the WarcraftRealms.com page that has the faulty link.. and the link that was faulty.
