No, I didn't upload it, but I took the regular data that does the /who on levels.

Is there some other special version of Census that I have to use to get HKs?

Yes, I know, but I've uploaded in the past with the SAME amount of HK's and I still don't see them.

And yes, I have 'Show HKs' selected in the SigMaker.

I would suggest uploading again. The HK's come from when you yourself upload, or someone that has inspected your honor tab uploads.
