Login messages

Can you please remove the login messages asking for the census date? Maybe you can put the put a message in if you try and take a census without entering the date. ie: Popup Census+, hit the button to take a census and get a message only then that says please enter date first. I rarely take any census data and would rather have it be a transparent install.

I like the addons to be there when I want to use them, I just don't want them telling me things all the time when I don't.

I did just make an update to Cosmos that removes those messages upon login. I would make a post to that thread, but I'm getting the dreaded Login Server Down messages again.
