Reduce default level range of checks

Currently, it checks 5 level spans. Then, after that fails, it goes into smaller spans of 2-3. Seeing as 5 always fails, I would like if I could set mine to do spans of 3 by default instead of 5. So, the first check would be 58-60 instead of 56-60. This would dramatically increase the speed of the census.

Now, seeing as it's all scripted, is there a way for me to set mine to do that now?

The next version will have the option for you to set what range you want to start with. On the higher population servers, of course 5 levels is too much, but on the lower pop servers, 5 often is just fine (and such is the case on Bloodscalp).
