Need advice from players

What is the best gaming keyboard to use for WoW? I am considering buying one for my boyfriend for Christmas, but I don't play (at all), so I need advice from people who know what is important.

The Zboard is a keyboard with interchangable keysets. They have a World of Warcraft specific keyset, too:
