Oh, and yesterday my guild took down the Snake boss in ZG.. Also tried the bat priestess.. But wiped. Any strategies that you've seen/heard work well against her?

Zim: There are two ways to kill the Bloodlord. If you die, take the rez: his power increases when you die, not when you rez. The real key to his fight is Rogues. =)
The first is to take out the raptor and then down Mandokir. Downing the raptor first causes him to go into a frenzy, greatly increasing damage, also causing very easy loss of aggro, so if you take this route, watch his aggro.
The second is to offtank the raptor and kill Mandokir first. This can be a strain on people (particularly healers) without epics or very nice loots. However, he is much more controllable, and your DPSers don't have to watch their aggro so much.
Obviously, if you see/hear that he's watching you, TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE MOUSE AND KEYBOARD. If you get to the end of the timer with you doing something that might hurt him, he will insta-wtfpwn you, guaranteed.
Vek: She's a straight DPS fight, meaning get her down as fast as possible. Obvious, the Mages and Warlocks take out the bat spawns. When she goes to caster form, watch for the heal, and make sure your Rogues Kick, Mages CS, Priests Silence (if possible), and Wars Shield Bash to stop the heal. If one heal gets by, that's 50% hp you have to down again.
