Not sure if you added these yet:
Kul Tiras (PvE) and Runetotem (PvE)!
transfer to Garithos. (ie PvP)
transfer to Khaz Modan (ie PvE)
On a side note Blizzard has no clue what they are doing, with no prior info available only hardcore guilds sharing accounts or soloers will be able to transfer, the people with real issues playing at prime time has no way of using the transfers. I guess it's hard to realize that some players actuallydon't live their lives according to raid schedules and other WoW activities... Too bad, was a good idea that could have helped queues on 8-10 servers of each category.
