Problem with Export file

Im using the cvs export to update my database and all was well until my last 2 attempts to download. It would seem a blank line is being added to the start of the files (where the field names should be).
Can you take a look at this, is it right?

Last 3 downloads (over 3 days) of the guild export file have had the first line blank again. I really should adjust my import script to work round this but Im assuming it should never happen anyway ??

Also got a number of "Unknown"s in the race column.

Also got unknowns on race for new guildmembers.

You will get Unknowns for race if a character has not been seen in a census, and only from data gathered from your guild info. Unfortunately, you cannot get race data in game for members who are offline and thus they are marked as 'Unknown'.

As for the blank line, I'll have to see what's up with that.
