v1.51, locale setting not saved?

Hmmm, think I've run into a bug, I picked US and figured I was done but later I noticed that it doesn't say US after the version number in the window frame and g_locale = (ie nothing)

also not quite a bug but changed behaviour, the census now freezes the game for a little at every new query, maybe takes longer to close the who window?

Actually for US version, that is expected. For EURO version, however, it must be followed by EU.
