Not showing in guild ex-member list

Hi

My two characters TOMBECK and TELL on EU-Khaz'goroth used to be in the guild BESCH?TZER DES FEUERS and used to show up on the guild member list. They both left the guild, and the characters' guild status correctly shows "Unguilded" now. They also no longer show up on the guild page.

However, they don't appear on the ex-member list, even though that has been updated since.

Although the Exes pages SAYS it only updates once per week, that's not entirely true =x
