why does the sig never update?

ive been in a different guild for like 2 weeks and it still says my old one. that makes no sense.

You have to be 'seen' in your new guild by someone taking a census for the data here to reflect that. The best course of action would be to take a census yourself and upload your data.

does it update automatically or do you have to change it when you level? like mine says lvl 21 and im actually a lvl23

It will update automatically once new data has been 'seen' by the site via someone's census data upload.
