how the update process works.
I read where updates are processed 2x's per day but I've had submitted files there now for going on nearly a week.
How long does it take files to be processed?

You can track which file the database is currently processing here: http://www.warcraftrealms.com/dbstats.php Its about 5 days behind at the moment...
The database is constantly processing submissions throughout the day and hardly takes a break. Its been a bit behind lately due to bugs that have come up with the recent patches but its starting back up now. Just continue to Census and submit your data and in time it will update =)
