Yep that would be him, he has a 4 year old daughter he's forgotten all about, evades the child support office, avoids even acknowledging Courtney's existence so I guess he leaves no other choice, so of course where would I find him, playing games of course. I really should start a support group for families broken up by gaming addictions. It's really quite sad. The last I heard from the joker was Dec 2005, he sent her 20 bucks, her bday is jan 11th he sent her nothing in 2006 or 2007, not even a phone call. You need to do the right thing John. Courtney won't disappear no matter how hard you try I won't let you forget you have a daughter out in the world, besides the other two you also havent seen in almost 2 years but you'll pay for them. All the years together, all the things I did for you and this is what you do to me and Courtney.

It's sad. I am serious about the gaming addiction support group. He ruined my life, can't blame the games though, games don't control people.

I imagine you are trying to get his attention, but unfortunately the chances that he'll see this message are pretty small. Who knows though...

There are support groups for what you are describing. Often they are called Warcraft Widows or Game Widows. See here:

aw man, thats terrible.

Im a gamer myself, my girl tho luckely tho realised this. And she forced me into a new mmo so she could start together with me and learn a new game at same pace as me. (She was smart enough to realise she would never catch up in my old mmo).

and now she rules our gaming with an iron fist, "Farm that, get me that, kill that, HEAL ME!"

nah, she is a great gamer and she took me even tho i told her i wont stop gaming. one in a million.

I could have easily done that but we had one computer which was his, he's very selfish, I paid for the internet and his gaming monthly fees but I couldn't touch his computer and my dumb ass still kept the internet and everything hooked up. In the old days when i loved playing The Sims, he would build the houses and decorate them for me lol. It just got way out of hand, the last 2 years we were together he refused to work! He made level 60 paladin on WOW in 2 weeks! I don't understand how ppl can have kids and forget about them and act like they never had any. For a game? The saddest thing is she still remembers him, when we were back in PA where he lives she was there all summer and he didnt even want to see her, before that we were there in feb for a week 1/2 still didn't want to see her. I still email him pictures and updates on her and he never answers, i know the email is still active but i guess his loss.

Well we got lucky because now I am with a wonderful guy, he loves her just like she is his own and wants to adopt her. Even after him knowing this he still doesn't get it, how many more chances should i give someone to be a father. I hope your sister finds someone. I can'r believe he let her bday go by and didnt even attempt to call, not even a card. I don't understand it at all.

Sounds like the guy has no motivation or ambition in life and you definitely don't want to be with someone like that. Sometimes it is best to just try and forget the past and start looking towards the future. Try giving up on those angry feelings you have and be happy that your daughter has a great mom that cares about her very much.

Hopefully everything will work out for you.

I am very confused, perhaps someone can help me. Now the ONLY Tenchid I know is my ex and he's used that name 10+ years and its his handle on every game he's ever done, so I joined WOW and got to the doomhammer server, this tenchid is trying to tell me he lives in CA his name is Peter and he is not the tenchid i am looking for, i ask him how he came up with this name and he cannot tell me and hangs up! SO, either tenchid sold his account or it IS him(he played doomhammer up until we split up) or it isn't, can anyone that plays tell me if it is him. I even dug further and went to his old site gamers with jobs and he even listed there under his name tenchid, his age his state and what server he plays which is all the correct info of course and that was jan 2007.....someone help me please.

well he went so far as to give me a number to a guy in California named Peter....BUT like I said tenchid used that name for over 10 years...I personally would just like to know if he is ok for my 4 yr olds sake.
