UniUploader Settings?

Hi,
I downloaded the UniUploader utility to hopefully automatically upload my Census+ files. Unfortunately, I am not getting it to work properly. Is there any info on what the settings should be to upload the correct files to the correct locations?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
