Old data being pruned?

I remember a long time back Rollie said he had no plans to remove old inactive characters (above lvl 10) from the database, but now I'm seeing 2 of my old and long abandoned characters have disappeared - has the policy changed then? Doesn't matter much, I'm just curious, it was nice having all my old characters available as a kind of personal history

i thought he wasn't getting rid of it, just archiving them so that way it was faster indexing.

Well if he did they're no longer accessible, not findable through search or showing on my claimed characters any more

Guess the history may still be there if I see them on a census again? Trouble is that doesn't help with the one I deleted

Yes, there are entries being pruned each day. All of them are currently archived for posterity sake, but to help speed up the database, I've had to start removing entries.

Oh no, all of my level 1 census alts that I've created and deleted over the years will be gone!!!111one

I will have to have a moment of silence for them later.
