Blizzard just announced that they will be allowing players to customize their character's "gender, face, skin color, and other cosmetic features" for $15:

It's interesting that my ignore list, friend list, and guild roster will be updated with the new names of someone that has paid for a change.
Obviously, I don't expect there to be any kind of API calls for addons to find recent name changes, so it is pretty unlikely that Census+ can track this stuff. I just thought it would be worth mentioning.
